Monday moodboard - Alice

I love the story of Alice, I've read both books Alice in wonderland and Through the looking glass. So a moodboard inspired by her and the quote "we 're all mad here" as these last few days the I've seen the craziest things happen. 

We are expecting a visit from Etsy admins in Greece and that seems to have brought out the ridiculous and mad in everybody. All I can say is that even if I do find this an amazing opportunity and look forward to it I also can't wait for the craziness to subside!

Starting the new year with some sweet pink picks! A scarf, a necklace, a coffee cup and a bear brooch it's quite a variety right? I love seeing the many different things people can make with their hands, handmade is such a lovely word to describe something.

Halloween is an American tradition that has found its way to Europe. Here in Greece we have something similar called "Apokries" where people do dress up and party but it's not scary or spooky, it's just all about fun. Monday moodboard - Insects

Last night I had an encounter with one insect that absolutely disgusts me, you know the one that's supposed to survive an atom bomb. I'm pretty sure that it's true because that cockroach was so fast that she disappeared before I even moved, didn't see where she hid, can't seem to find her. Sprayed the bathroom, closed the door but I'm pretty sure she made her escape safe and sound.
So here's a collection of other bugs, some are definitely more dangerous that roaches but somehow they don't scare me as much.

October is here but it still feels a lot like summer, the temperature is higher than usual for this time of year. Very few trees have started losing their leaves and I have to admit that fall is my favorite time of the year, I love to see the leaves changes colors and the weather cooling off. This climate change has turned fall into a one month season, nowadays it usually start around November and then moves right into winter!

I have to admit I'm a fall and spring girl, it's these in between seasons where everything is changing that appeal to me the most. So you can guess I'm super excited that fall is coming, the temperatures have cooled a bit and most of all the sky has changed it's color: it's now a beautiful sky blue instead of the pale color of the summer. And did I mention there are some clouds as well? Yay for fall :-)

Monday Moodboard - Sea treasures

My memories of childhood vacations on various seaside locations are filled with the many hours of the day I used to spent at the beach. Swimming, playing with the sand and of course collecting beautiful sea treasures. Sea stones with unique lines, colors and shapes, sea shells, big and small and glass pieces turned smooth from the ocean waves. 

So today's moodboard is filled with the all these things you can find on a beach, being used very creatively by other team members :-)
