Yellow hills

We are back home :-)

Some photos from our little trip:
The hills were covered in yellow! These yellow wildflowers had bloomed everywhere around us, they smelled absolutely divine and colored all the hillsides yellow.

We went hunting for wild asparagus, they are quite smaller from the cultivated ones and very hard to gather as they tend to grow on steep hills or between thorn bushes.

My uncle's dog, we kept calling her Lucy though her name is Lulu. Still she would come waging her tail, a very very friendly dog :-)

Wishing you a lovely day,
Aleka

    1. thank you Evdokia :-)
I loved them too and was quite surprised that their scent was so strong!
would you believe I'm not a fan of asparagus? I don't know if it's just the wild ones but they have a bit of bitter taste.
so I just collect them and others eat them :-)
