One of my least favorite things to do is sanding clay pieces. The dust seems to stick on to everything and no matter how many times I wash my hand they feel dusty. Still it's a necessary step to make these birds look better and they do now :-)
Unfortunately I have more sanding to do for another design, I do hope it goes well because they are a bit more intricate pieces and to top that I made them a bit thinner than what I usually do, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed they don't snap in two!
