Watermelon popsicle

The laziest of popsicles to make: remove the seeds from the watermelon and put it in the multi, give it a good spin to turn it into "soup" and then empty it into the popsicle cases. Put in the fridge, leave it for 3-4 hours and it's ready. I would add a bit of lemon juice next time, just to give it a bit of an edge :-)

Sorry for the lack of posting, this heat is getting the best of me. I'm hoping to get a little more crafty in July, first goal is to start blogging again so... tada! A very cooling photo of the water splashing around as the nephew dives in :-)

It's hot, hot, hot and humid as well. Terrible summer weather all this week we'll be burning under the summer sun. One good thing we can enjoy is ice creams, hopefully they'll help cool us a bit :-)
